1. Returns

Due to the nature of food and natural products, we generally do not accept returns of opened or used products.

2. Eligible Return Cases

Returns may be accepted in the following cases:

• Damaged product received
• Wrong product delivered
• Defective packaging
• Product damaged during transit

3. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Order number
• Product photographs
• Package photographs
• Description of the issue

4. Refunds and Replacements

After verification, we may provide:

• A replacement product, or
• A full or partial refund

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Products

• Opened food products
• Used products
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Products without proof of purchase

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
